Doors, garage doors, shelter technology or letter box systems are offered by one customer, who will produce with a 3-axis SBZ 122 profile machining centre and our eluCad programming software in the future.

The SBZ 122 is a 3-axis profile machining centre with the option of 5-side profile machining for automatic door manufacture. A lathe fixture integrated into the spindle makes it possible to set the rotating angle head by 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees. This allows a profile to be machined from the front, rear and on the face with two different tools.

Interior construction systems help, if existing room divisions should be adapted to new requirements. Our customer offers wall division systems, as well as windows and doors in a large variety for various requirements. For a replacement purchase for their old elumatec machine, the customer now invested in an SBZ 140 profile machining centre of the same manufacturer and our eluCad programming software.
