The demands on the mechanics rise with the increasing complexity of the jobs to do.. CNC-machining centers are extremely variable to use if the user is in the position to provide the machine with the corresponding instructions. However not everything is possible with a default programming. You need a graphical programming for a simple operation: EluCad!

CAD experts in production?

The construction data should be completed for the technological data. But the design engineer don't worry about if a hole is generated by drilling or milling as well as the machining sequence. Normally the design engineers do not have time to care for production-orientated details. The machine operator should actually be a CAD specialist being able to complete the data out of the CAD system so that his machine can really process this data. EluCad offers the solution for this time-consuming and faulty assignment: the completion of construction data for the process planning.

A picture says more than thousand words!

EluCad starts with the interface between construction and production. It helps the operator through a graphical visualization to set up his machine without any need to familiarize himself with the CNC-/CAD system, so that the correct machine control is safe and quick. It goes without saying that elumatec machines can be simply operated without any programming knowledge; this can now be applied to prepare external programs.

An explorer-similar index tree for the data, several (fade in/fade out) levels and OpenGL presentation ensure an overview.

Well thought-out and structured input masks, Drag&Drop, data adoption out of different CAD systems and support for the set-ups.

Like that we have an optimized cooperation of the internal levels.
