The SBZ 122 is a 3-axis profile machining centre with the option of 5-side profile machining for automatic door manufacture. A lathe fixture integrated into the spindle makes it possible to set the rotating angle head by 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees. This allows a profile to be machined from the front, rear and on the face with two different tools.
Interior construction systems help, if existing room divisions should be adapted to new requirements. Our customer offers wall division systems, as well as windows and doors in a large variety for various requirements. For a replacement purchase for their old elumatec machine, the customer now invested in an SBZ 140 profile machining centre of the same manufacturer and our eluCad programming software.
The broad product pallet of one customer includes solar, transportation, environmental and advertising technology. The midsize company, which operates a press, is characterised by its modern machine equipment and a high level of integration, among other things. The company invested in an SBZ 151 and our eluCad programming software for the profile machining.

A customer from the photovoltaic branch offers solar energy systems for slanted roofs, free areas, carports, flat roofs or facades. The system components made of aluminium required for base frame will be produced int he future with an SBZ 151 and eluCad programming software.

The profile manufacturer changed something again and you have to buy the correct special tool? Whoever still works with profile millers and drilling machines is often in a tight spot with innovations and modifications. A customer in the advertising branch uses the SBZ 151 5-axis rod machining centre and our eluCad programming software in a variety of ways. Even steel is machined with a special saw blade.
